DESCRIPTION: there will be three events: 

At the end of july – in Chanoux square, 63rd edition of the "Exhibition/contest of the typical Aosta Valley craftwork". Each year, the Regional Administration proposes different competition themes for each craft sector. Then, the resulting works are exposed, so that locals and tourists can admire them.

The first weekend of of august – Aosta Valley’s craft summer continues with the “L’Atelier”, in the pavilion that will be placed in Chanoux square. Born in 1999, it’s reserved to artisans that turned their artistic works into a profession and offers several works related to various craft sectors: furniture, textile, sculpture and objects.

The first saturday of august – in the center of Aosta will take place the “Foire d’été”, considered the "summer sister" of the most known “Foire de Saint-Ours” (that each year take place on January 30th and 31st). The summer event was born on 1969 and gathers almost 500 expositors from the traditional sector (carving and sculpture in wood and stone, iron, wood), as well as seventy stalls in which it’s possible to appreciate recent productions: salt dough, dried flowers and fabric
